Voices on Vax is bringing Baltimore’s youth voices to the conversation about the COVID vaccine. The vaccine stories on this site are by and for B-more teens and their families. Bring your voice to the front.

We want people, especially Black people who have been disproportionately affected by COVID, to get the vaccine and stay alive.

we’re the voices on vax

Voices on Vax was launched with funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We are a team that includes the Center for Adolescent Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, the Institute for Vaccine Safety, Hip Hop Public Health, and HeartSmiles. We work closely with Baltimore City Public Schools and the Baltimore City Health Department. Our goal is to create opportunities for Baltimore families to learn about COVID vaccination and share that knowledge with their communities.
